Web Typography Basics
Anything you might already know about typography gets a new dimension when applied to the web. Learn how to code your own typographical design.
Good typography requires hard work, and it can take years of graphic design to develop a profound understanding of it. Things become trickier for digital designers, with a medium so fluid and diverse, information flowing faster then ever, and the need to understand how it’s done in HTML&CSS as well. Fortunately there are a lot of new tools, techniques and strategies to aid us. We’ll try some of them, such as Typecast, and will code a typography focused page from scratch, learning theory through practice.
